Brad, in his 15 years of building, has worked on a wide range of different residential and commercial projects. This includes working on award-winning new builds, high-end renovations, maintaining and constructing commercial properties.
Andrew has a passion for major renovations, with experience with NZ heritage buildings through to total overhauls of original buildings. As well as new builds of all scales.
With both Brad and Andrew having built their own homes, they have a comprehensive understanding of the full building process from creating dream plans, earthworks, and consents to the finishings and sign-off. They are experienced in the full processes as well as dealing with local authorities along the project pathway until completion and code of compliance.
